Where 'av I binn?!

I am very sorry; it's been WAY too long. After my last post, I've just been lazy to write on my original blog. I've been using Tumblr a lot, busy with school and work, and etc. But I just now decided to update this blog, since it looks lonely...and gross.

Well, many things have happen since my last post back in August. First thing, I started and have been in school for sometime now. I really have enjoyed it, I'm learning so much that will help me in my future career. Only thing is that I don't like how early my main classes are, but it does leave the rest of my days open. And I'll be ending my first semester in a couple of weeks.

Another thing, I now have a new job. I talked about how I just got hired to Macy's as an on-call; and nothing has changed about my position. It was annoying to not have a set schedule and it got really boring at times. So, I looked for a new job about a month ago, and did an online application for H&M, and got and interview, and a job. I have been a part-time sales associate for about a couple weeks now, and I'm really enjoying it. Better pay and hours! And, of course, I quit Macy's.

Other than that, everything has been the same with my family and friends. Still having fun with life, while doing school and work. Halloween past, and that was fun. Thanksgiving also passed, and that was a great time to be with my family. And now Christmas is coming, and it really is my favorite time of the year. I can't wait to be doing things involving this great holiday.

Anyways, I'm not really sure if this posts means I'll be returning to this blog, but I would like to and try to. So, we'll see.

Summer is almost done.

Weird. I feel like I haven't done alot, but in reality I kind of did.

It's been quite sometime since I last posted, but alot of good things have happened! Well, I've been job searching since my last post, but now I'm an on-call sales associate at Macy's! Pretty cool, but no set schedule; yet, it's better than nothing. Those positions do tend to move to either part or full-time positions, but it depends on the time you're there. Because of that, I'm "somewhat still" looking for a job, but I'm happy with what I have so far! Another thing that happened, is my recent adventure of seeing The Monster Ball Tour Live starring Lady Gaga! Yes, the effing Lady Gaga!! It was seriously one of the best concerts I've ever been to! She is amazing live, and my friend and I were soooooo close! She is returning to Los Angeles in March, and I'm totes getting tickets for it! And last but not least, I turned 19 the past Friday. Crazy, but it was a lazy day for me (since the night before I was at Gaga and still tired). That night I got to go to dinner with a couple friends, which was very nice!

So, all in all, this has been a pretty fun summer! Not the best, but still pretty good. I must start getting ready for school, as I start on the 30th!

(The picture is mine! Yes, we were so close!! And the video is mine, but it's the only working video.)

Real Housewives of New Jersey

Probably one of my favorite reality shows right now!

I haven't posted in a bit, but I've been a little busy. Random, but I realized that in my last post I mentioned watching Toy Story 3 again...it wasn't as fun. Anyways, I had orientation already for my school and I was able to set up my classes for the fall, thank God. Also, my great aunt and her family came to Los Angeles from Miami to visit the city and be with us. It was such a great time to be with them and I loved having them for a week. My great aunt even got me a new, black iPod Nano for my graduation/birthday! She is so full of love and happiness, it came to my realization that she reminds me of my late grandmother. It was sad and hard to say goodbye, but I will always be grateful for her time with us for that past week. Now, I'm back to job searching, hanging with friends, and all that jazz.

First (actual) Day of Summer

I found this out on Facebook.

Anyways, it's been sometime since I last blogged, been kind of lazy to type here. But I'm here now! After graduation and my grad-party, my sister and I went to Washington D.C. as my gift from her, and a little from my parents. It was my first time, and it was so much fun! My sister and I actually love going to museums and things like that, so it was a perfect destination. We did alot over the span of the five days we were there. We did, like, all of the memorials, most of the Smithsonians, etc. Even though we HATE politics, we noticed that Washington D.C. is a pretty touristy spot. Probably the funnest thing we did was this interactive spy mission at the International Spy Museum. We got to figure out codes and run from the bad guys. Basically, the trip was alot of fun, especially with my sister whom I consider a best friend of mine. Also, humidity SUCKS!

I've been back since last Monday, and have been job searching, applying to school, and enjoying myself. My favorite thing I've done so far was watching Toy Story 3, opening day! It is, by far, the best Pixar film...ever. It truly was the perfect ending to a wonderful story. I literally grew up with this film, since the first came out when I was five and Andy (in the movie) was the same age; and now Andy is off to college, as am I! The film was hilarious, intense, and of course sad. The last fifteen minutes, I couldn't stop crying...literally. Last Disney movie to make me cry alot, was The Fox and the Hound and Up. I highly recommend this film, it is beautiful and bittersweet! I'm totes going to see it again :)

And here's two videos from the trip.

I should be sleeping right now.

But I'm not :)

So, my summer has officially started today, which means graduation just passed! Thursday night was Grad-Night at Disneyland, and it was...interesting. I had alot of fun don't get me wrong, but it was such a weird feeling to be seeing alot of innappropiate things happening at Disneyland, a family theme-park. It was cool that there were clubs, but I went on the rides mostly and there were alot of creepers and ravers at the clubs...kind of annoying. And I was sooooooooo tired by 3 a.m. So, it was a fun experience, but if I was able to do it again, I wouldn't.

Saturday was the big day, though. I got to the church at 9 a.m. and was pretty nervous. But the nerves went away once I walked and sat through the ceremony. Everyone was such an awesome speaker, but probably the one speaker that moved me the most was the middle school teacher, Mrs. Mikels. I actually have never had her in a class, but I've heard of her through people and stories about her daughter's struggle with leukemia. She talked about how there will always be trials and stuff like that, but it happens for a reason and even God doesn't like it. Not gonna lie, I teared up like 5 times because it really hit me, with my past family tragedies. Because of her speech, it really helped me to not be too scared for life after high school! Afterwards, there were thousands of pictures, lunch with the family (including my aunt from Nebraska :] ), both my BFF's parties, and my party the day after. So, this weekend was seriously one of the best weekends ever, and can't wait for what this summer brings to me.

Also, I'll be leaving with my sister to Washington D.C. tomorrow for a week :)

Prom it up!!

So, lately my last blog entries have been kind of sad. So, I'm going to change things up for now Haha!

This past Saturday was the anticipated Senior Prom! It was seriously one of the funnest events I have been to these past four years in high school. I got to my date's (Sarah) aunt's house to take pictures with her and the others. We wanted our little group to only take picutres, which was Sarah, Samm, Ryan, Shane, Kailtyln, and I. After that, we went to April's house for the limo and then left with the thirty-five other people in our limo :O We got to the hotel, which was pretty fancy, and take pictures and get seated. We eat and then go dancing! The dancing got really kinky but whatever. And there was a photobooth which was such a highlight there! All in all, the prom was so much fun. No drama, and everyone looked really good, and I mean everyone!

Well, this week consists of:
-Tuesday, I go in for Stats. final to present a project :/
-Wednesday, go to school for senior picture and VR, later on.
-Thursday, graduation practice at Pasadena and Grad-Night at Disneyland :D
-Friday, not sure but sleeping alot and being with my aunt from Nebraska :)
-Saturday, GRADUATION!! :D
-Sunday, my graduation party :)

Closer and closer and closer

I actually said bye and "thanks" to one of my Bible teachers, whom I loved very much, and I started to choke up. Today, was technically the last official day of school...academically, I guess. So bittersweet the closer it gets.

All good things must come to an end

Well, for high school, it might not be that hard to let go. Actually, even though high school was full of crappy events, it still was the best years of my life so far.

Anyways, my senior year is very close to an end and I'm happy but still not haven't taken it in all at once. The other night it was the annual senior-parent appreciation night at school. Of course, I went to the open microphone and told my mom how much I loved her and really appreciated her (my dad was out of town that night). Yet, it wasn't until later that night that I realized how close the end is. I literally have all of next week, then a couple days the week after, then graduation on June 5th. As it's getting closer, I'm starting to get a little nervous of change. Change in the fact that I won't see a lot of my friends at the same place, the school I won't have to go to anymore, even the people I dislike I won't see them again. But I do want this change very much, because this is life. Tomorrow we shall get our yearbooks, next week is spirit week (again), Powderpuff Game that Friday, prom that Saturday, Grad-Night at Disneyland on June 3rd, and graduation.

Oh, and I got my suit for prom and I am super excited to wear it :D

(And I want that t-shirt from Ellen DeGeneres' online-store!)

In exactly three months, I'll be 19

That's flippin' crazy! My friend reminded me this today, and I was so flabbergasted. It felt like just yesterday that I turned 18, and was at Disneyland with Maggie, Sarah, and Miles. Since then, I've gotten alot of freedom, like for real! And I must say, it's been a pretty good year being 18. I was scared of feeling really old, even though sometimes I do, but I've been able to act like a kid. It's weird thinking about turning 19 in three months, and like there's no reason for me to be like thinking so deeply about it now (since I should be making notes for my book interview tomorrow). Yet, it's been a fun experience being in the world of adulthood, even though I'm going to be barely graduating in about three weeks! So, even though I'll be for sure making big, adult decisions, I'm going to makes sure to enjoy my life and act like a kid at times.

TOO MUCH FOOD!!

I've been eating all weekend, it's ridiculous! That's what happens when my mother's birthday is celebrated on Saturday, and the next day is Mother's Day. Even though I gained like 10 pounds, it was a great weekend to celebrate my mother :)

Other than that, nothing else really happened. Today, was meh, considering it being Monday. But good thing is now it's about three weeks left till school's out and I graduate! Yet, every teacher wants to give us random projects, since seniors usually don't have to take the final, as long as they have an "A" in the class. But I'm still really excited. Things to look forward to:
-Powder Puff
-Prom
-Grad-Night at Disneyland
-Graduation
-Graduation Party
-Washington D.C. trip with my sister

Oh, and I found out my aunt from Nebraska is coming to my graduation, and I'm sooo excited :D

Also, big news for me, but my good friend, Christanie, got us tickets for Lady Gaga on August 12th!!

(Finally, that giraffe picture was done by me, with oil pastels, for my mother!)

What is love?

Finally, watched (500) Days of Summer tonight with my amazing friend, Katie! It is seriously my new favorite movie, and really gets you to think about love and life. I need to get the soundtrack, now!

This week has been not too bad, considering it was a short week for me. Yesterday, my friends and I went to my friend's (Miles) play at his school. It was a world premier called "Tiny Tim Runs The Marathon". Considering I didn't know what to expect from this, I thought it was pretty interesting. Funny at times, but confusing as well. Miles was great as usual! Sadly, this was his last play, so I was happy to see it. Afterwards, we went to IHOP and had fun.

Today, I went to the mall with Katie to turn in applications for Gap and Forever 21, and look for a gift for my mother. It was a pretty fun day, since Katie is so much fun to be around! After sometime there, we went back to her house to watch (500) Days of Summer. So, a pretty good, beautiful day :)

Senior Skip Day...for real?

Yup, it was my turn to partake in the Annual Senior Skip Day at my school today! And no, this isn't on our own, it's done by the school. Bur hey, I'm okay with it!

Today was so random, literally. My best friends, Maggie and Sarah, started our day by going to Silverlake. We had a little snack at The Coffee Table, which is apparently hiring so I have to get on top of that really soon! Then, we drove to Amoeba Records store for a bit, and then to The Grove. We had Chipotle for lunch, and walked around, mostly in Gap. It was hard, considering I have no money to spend on clothes and the Gap had stocks of amazing selections.

We got ready to leave, when I realize I don't have the parking validation. So, we checked our pockets, wallets, and even under the seats in my car, but it was no where! Sarah and I walked back to the desk and told them the situation. She replied, "Well, that's gonna be $25". WHAT?! Are you kidding me?! Thankfully, she asked what we did and told her we ate at Chipotle, but she asked for the receipt to it. She checked in and my license, and said, "Okay, how about I just charge you $12, is that fair?" I was surprised she was nice to us, considering she was snooty, rude, and kept rolling her eyes. So, I paid and we left, and went all the way to Burbank for some Pinkberry for Maggie. After that, we dropped her off at school for something, and Sarah and I went back to her house to hang out.

So being random is so much fun, especially with your best friends! Oh, also, the bonfire was actually fun, and I gained weight at my grandma's birthday dinner yesterday!

This week, I must buy my prom ticket and sign up for L.A.T.T.C.

Kind of weird

Graduation is getting closer and closer! Weird thinking about it. Also, I still need to apply to L.A.T.T.C. for this coming fall!

This week hasn't been too bad, but I'm still tired like everyday. Next couple of weeks hopefully won't be too hectic, even though the year is coming to a close. Good thing is Monday is the seniors' ditch day (it's done by the school, really) and tonight is the senior bonfire at Huntington Beach. Kind of excited just to be with my friends, but not really to be near the people I don't like in my class; but whatever, I'll deal with it. Random post, but whatever haha!

(Photo, in the left-hand corner, is done by the Katie Wilson; with Nadia, on the left, and Lele, on the right.)

Any sleep tonight?

Since I watched Sorority Row tonight!

Well, it's actually a pretty crappy, horror movie. But the thing is, I get scared pretty easily, so I usually don't watch scary movies. Anyways, watched it and closed my eyes and screamed at the "murder" parts, but laughed out loud at the acting and the things said in that movie. Pretty rich stuff! So, it's a good movie to watch with friends when you hang out with them. Also, I loved how Audrina Patridge (from The Hills) was in it, then killed within the first 15 minutes!

Today was not too bad. Woke up kind of late, ate, did some homework, played Wii, went to Family Fun Fair at school for choir, went to BJ's for pazookies, went home, went over to Katie's house, had a photoshoot, ate, watched Sorority Row, and a little of The Hangover. It was a pretty fun night with some old friends, Katie, Lele, and Nadia. I missed them and can't wait to hang out with them more :)

Lazy is my new best friend

It kind of sucks haha!

Yes, it's been some time that I have blogged, but I've been caught up with more of Facebook and Tumblr. But I will try to post more on this blog.

Anyways, I've been pretty busy after my play, Willy Wonka. I had a lot of projects due that week, then I had my choir tour to San Diego for the weekend, then I left for my spring break with my school to Mexicali for my missions trip. And I must say I've had such amazing times on both trips :)

The choir tour was a quick get-a-way for the weekend to perform in a national festival for the arts. We got there Thursday and left Sunday. We basically (in order) served at small church for recovering addicts, went to the beach, went to the Gas-Lamp District, performed for the festival, Buca Di Beppo, Sea World, asked my B.F.F. (we're just friends haha) to prom at Sea World, sang at the same church, then left for home. I was sad it was a quick trip but it was still full of memories with my amazing friends and the whole choir :)

Mexicali was probably, by far, the best trip ever! We arrived on April 2, and had a relaxing day, also the next day was the same. Our first actual day of missions work was Easter Sunday. My group went to a little church called Rios de Agua Viva, and we played, taught, and sang with the kids. We went back to camp to relax, when all of a sudden the ground was shaking. Soon it got bigger and wouldn't stop for a minute. Thankfully, our camp was in the middle of nowhere, but everything we had was shaking violently! Luckily, no one got hurt at our camp, but we lost power and water pressure for sometime. We later found out that we survived a 7.2 earthquake, which was absolutely crazy. I was able to call my parents for like 2 minutes because I knew they would be freaking out haha! Then, there was a windstorm that night, and it felt that we were going to leave. But we ended up roughing it out and stayed for our main purpose: to serve and help these children and families in this poor country. We continued the same work throughout the week, and we all became better friends with the kids and even each other. It was our last official day on Thursday, the 8th, and that was probably the hardest day ever. Since I'm a senior, I had to say goodbye to the church, the pastor, and kids, not knowing when I'll ever be back. When I said my goodbye's to my little friend, Zukey, I couldn't contain myself and I broke down. Later, we said goodbye to the rest of everyone and most of our group broke down. We finally came back the next day, excited to see our families.

That trip has helped me to realize how blessed I really am with the people in my life. My family is absolutely the best, my friends are the greates, and even my new friends are so much fun! I miss everyone back in Mexicali, but I make sure to pray for the church, the pastor, and Zukey. I hope to go again next year :)

Well, that was basically my life the past couple of weeks. The next couple of weeks will be memorable, as graduation is literally 7 weeks away! HOLY CRAP! Upcoming events for me contain the VRDC Improv Musical tonight, Senior Ditch Day, Prom, Disneyland Grad-Night, Graduation, and more (I can't remember the rest haha!).

I just remembered!

THIS WEATHER IS ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!

Good Lord!

It's been ages since I've blogged!

Well, alot has happened for the past couple of weeks! Last time I mentioned how I might go to Disneyland again; well, I did and it was sooo much fun! Got to see Captain E.O. and let me tell you, that is the campiest 3D show I have ever seen and I loved it! And we even got to dance in the parade which was awesome! I got alot of video footage, but haven't had the time to make and put it on my YouTube yet, sadly.

Anyways, it's been soooooo hectic at school and outside of school! We just finished our production of Willy Wonka this past weekend! I must say that was, surprisingly, one of the best shows we've done! I actually made my parents cry a little because, not only was it my last show ever, but because it was one of the first big speaking/singing roles I've had in all of my past shows. Of course, before and after my last show, all the seniors cried. Such an awesome experience and I will miss it dearly.

Now that the play is over, I'm free for everything! NOT! Ugh I've had alot of homework and alot of projects due within the next couple of weeks, and two trips on top of that (which I'm very excited about!). I actually should be finishing my book, Rich Dad Poor Dad for Econ. But yes, that's whats been happening lately!

OMG I almost forgot!! On Friday, March 12, 2010, I officially became an uncle! My sister-in-law gave birth to my little niece, Maeve! She's absolutely precious and we all love her soooo much!

Also, someone needs to seriously get me those Lady Gaga tickets for August 11!! I NEED TO GO!!

Rain this weekend, again?

Seriously, this weather since like Christmas has been weird. First, it'll be cold, then warm, then rainy, and etc. I'm getting really sick of it actually, and it's affecting my allergies like crazy :/

Well, this week has been pretty hectic, I must say, and it won't die down for awhile, still! Basically, I have alot of projects this month I must finish, Willy Wonka is in exactly a week, and I must start getting ready for choir tour and Mexicali Missions Trip this Easter! It's pretty stressful, but I'm trying do stuff one thing at a time.

The past Sunday I, yet again, went to California Adventure! No bread-bowl-soup that time, sadly, but I was okay with it. It was just my sister, her friend, and I for a couple of hours. And, this Sunday, I might be going to Disneyland! This time it's for my friend's birthday.

Oh, and this past week my family and I have been anticipating the arrival of my new niece! Yes, I'm going to be an uncle soon and I'm soooo excited! However, the due date was today and nothing so far. So, it might look like next week will be the due date. But I am quite excited for her to come and be part of our family :)

Before I go to bed...

...I'll talk a-little about my day on Monday :)

As I mentioned before, my choir and I went to Disney's California Adventure yesterday to sing for the public. We took the school bus to the park, and got there around opening time. We had some free time before our call time, so my friends and I ventured to The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror (a favorite of mine), the Monster's Inc. Ride (cute but boring), and had the famous bread-boul-soup (which is seriously the greatest meal EVER!). Then, we met our Disney surpervisor, and took us to the changing rooms. We changed, then performed for half an hour, and changed back and enjoyed the rest of our day.

So, one of the highlights were the scariest rides there, the ferris wheel and Maliboomer! My friends and I went on the swinging car of the ferris wheel, and it started swinging at random times. What made it scary was the heigt of the ride and how much my friend, Sarah and Maggie, screamed bloody-murder! Then, we went on Maliboomer, which is another freefall ride there, and that scared me; but I conquered it.

But all that into consideration, I actually had a very good time! I thought it was going to suck because of the supposed storm that day, but it was perfect, sunny weather. And I just found out I might go again to Disney's California Adventure this coming Sunday, with my sister and her friend; but we will see. I really want to return in the spring, since their new water show, Disney's Wonderful World of Color, will debut!

So, here's a video from my trip on Monday!

I also need to get money to go to Disneyland to see Captain E.O. !

Sunday, February 21, 2010

This weather is crazy!

Seriously, it'll be hot one day and then in a couple of days it'll be cloudy and rainy. I hate it because it's affecting my allergies like crazy.

So, my friends ended up not going to Ellen at all, and I'm not going to lie but I'm happy Haha! But that day was nice for me, for I just cleaned my room, relaxed, spent some time with my family, and that's it. Rehearsals have been long, for we're still sloppy and mind you our show is literally in 2-3 weeks :/ Probably one of the biggest highlights of my week was seeing one of my closest friends, Amanda, for the first time in months! She turned 18 on the 18th, what a wonderful golden birthday, and my friend Soraya and I celebrated with her.
That Friday, I was rehearsals till 6 p.m. and went straight to Moonligh Rollerway Skating Rink, for VR's annual 70's Skate Night. I didn't skate because I was tired, but it was fun seeing everyone, especially certain friends who dressed up as 1870's, not 1970's Haha! Afterwards, a group of us drove to Denny's for dinner, then to Miles' house to watch Mall Cop, which was really campy and cheesy!

Yesterday, Miles and I went with Amanda and her friends to have Birthday Party Luncheon at Stonefire Grill. Good food, but hated the whole get-your-own-stuff concept! Afterwards, we went to see Valentine's Day, and that was cheesy but cute!

Finally today, I only went with my dad and others to see Percy Jackson and The Olympians: The Lightning Thief, which was meh. Tomorrow, my choir and I are going to try to sing at California Adventure, but because of the supposed rain fall we're still not sure.

Saturday, February 13, 2010

Not this time, Ellen :/

So, remember how I was supposed to go to the Ellen show on Monday?
Well, looks like I'm not going, because my friend's mom decided she was going to go and took my ticket! Ugh, stupid woman! Well, I'm still going to have a way to go in the near future, especially with my BFF's :)

Well, today was such a beautiful, warm day in California! It made me very excited for spring, even though we still have a way to go. But I spent my day, with my fellow VR companions at The Getty Museum. Since the weather was perfect, we got to stroll most of our time outside in the garden, and I absolutely LOVE The Getty's garden! If you haven't been, it's so beautiful, especially on a sunny day. Sad part was I sketched very little and didn't get to see many paintings, but I took random video footage of the day at the museum.

Also, I made a video of a footage I took at my friend's, Miles, 18th birthday party!

And tomorrow I shall worship Jesus, Valentine's Day brunch with family, birthday dinner for Kelley Jo, and then Soraya's Valentine's Hangout Party.

Oh, random, but I saw Dear John like last weekend. It was meh. Thank God my ticket was paid for Haha!

Anything can happen, if you let it!

My first show of 2010 was Mary Poppins!

It was such a fantastic show! The costumes, sets, music, and acting was just awesome!Pretty different than the movie than I expected, but I was still able to enjoy it. Best numbers in the show were Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious and Step-In-Time; and of course the end, when Mary Poppins literally flies up, over the audience! I was freaking out Haha! Afterwards, I went to the stage door, and got to meet Ashley Brown (Mary Poppins), Gavin Lee (Bert), and Andrew Keenan-Bolger (Robertson Ay). I would say go see it, but tonight was the closing night in Los Angeles :(

Anyways, I've been pretty busy, and it looks like it won't go away for sometime, sadly. Mostly consists of school, church, play, friends, trips, etc. But this weekend I'm hoping to go to the Getty Museum, Valentine's Day party, and Ellen live on Monday!! God, I hope I don't have rehearsals the day I'll try to see Ellen Degeneres!

Today, was pretty epic! Ate alot, cheered on the Saints to victory, and watched Modern Family for the first time, and OMG I loved it! New favorite show :D

How funny!

My last blog I talked about Toni Collette and her amazing dress at the Golden Globes. And then today, when my family and I were getting ready to leave La Cabanita in Montrose, she walked in with her family! I wanted to congratulate her for winning a Golden Globe...and for rocking such an awesome gown!

Well tomorrow I shall begin my last semester of high school! It's pretty crazy, and in a way bittersweet. And in June, I'll say goodbye to high school!

Who rocked it and blew it?

Well, I love fashion, so I was very excited to see what was going to be shown by the celebrities on the red carpet at the 2010 Golden Globes! This year was full of glamour and beauty, and not-so-glamorous. I'm just going to give who was the best dressed for women and men, and the worst dressed for women and men. And of course, you don't have to listen to me since this just my opinion. Also, I'm going to explain more of the ladies outfits, since it's not that much with guys!

Anyways, there was alot of pretty gowns worn by very prestigous women. Alot of interesting dressed this year for the ladies, and the biggest trend was ruffles. In my opinion, ruffles are very pretty but after watching the show, it's hard to work ruffles elegant dresses for some reason. Some were nice, but alot was too much!
So, for best dressed, I thought Toni Collette and John Krasinski won!
PhotobucketPhotobucket
Toni rocked this beautiful Elie Saab dress, full of sequin and gold. The detail is absolutely beatiful, fits amazingly on her, the color is gorgeous, and it truly made her a sophisticated, yet sexy actress!
John looked very classy in Prada navy suit with his girlfriend, Emily Blunt. The color is very vibrant, the bow tie is awesome because I love bow ties, and it showed him as a serious, yet charming actor from The Office.

PhotobucketPhotobucket
And for the worst dressed, it went to Tina Fey and Mickey Rourke!
Tina Fey wore one of the most annoying dresses I've ever seen! She came in a Zac Posen white and black, hoop-skirt dress. It looked like a crappy costume from Hairspray, and it looked very unattractive!
Mickey Rourke wore a...actually I don't even know who did it; it was that awful! It's absolutely takcy with the "leather" on it, the cowboy hat, and "gotti" gold chains. Yes, he may be back in Hollywood, but he needs to clean up WAY more!

Tweeting!

Yes, I gave in to Twitter, once again.
However, I'm actually using it and putting use to it. For example, Andrew Keenan Bolger (an actor) tweeted that he was going to the Americana today, which is literally 5 minutes from my house! Didn't want to be stalker, but that was pretty cool!

So, I finally finished my finals today, and I get to be so stress free for this weekend. Also, the cast list came out for my school's production of Willy Wonka, and I am Grandpa Joe. I'm actually quite excited! Another thing today that happened was my purchase of tickets to Mary Poppins! I was supposed to buy tickets for Thursday the 28th, but they were sold out; so, I got Tuesday the 2nd. I'm really excited :)

Probably the best part about today, was the getting a sneak peek of my niece! My sister-in-law is almost ready, but we went to her sonogram today and saw the little baby. It was really one of the coolest things I've ever seen, and makes me more excited for my niece to be born!

So, I'm going to post another blog later tonight or tomorrow talking about my favorite and most hated dresses of the 2010 Golden Globes this year!

Oh, people on Facebook

A "friend" who added me, just because we go to the same school and we had one class together, joined a group called,
"I DON'T CARE HOW MANY FRIENDS WE HAVE IN COMMON I DON'T KNOW YOU."
Can you say hypocite? Haha

Anyways, how is life for everyone?
I did my audition for Willy Wonka at my school on Friday. Not that much a "good" experience; considering, we were behind scheduled, I was feeling sick,a lot of obnoxious people around me, and I messed up on my monologue! But the song went well, actually. So, we find out around Tuesday what part we got.
Yesterday was fun-filled day! I went with some friends from my youth group to Downtown Los Angeles. I sketched a little bit and made a short film on my YouTube.
After that, I went to a party where I to got dress up (Lookbook). It was a lot of fun and full of dancing :)

Today, I did nothing. Just some Facebook, and watching the rain.
Also, I just finished watching The Golden Globes. I'm so happy Glee won for Best Show in Comedy or Musical!
This weeks consists of finals, VR, buying tickets for Mary Poppins, and more.

I'm always tired now.

It is true, sadly.

Anyways, I've been looking for a short monologue to audtition
for my school play Willy Wonka. Not really trying that much,
but found a few. Then I have to practice the song to sing.
Going out for Willy Wonka or Grandpa Joe; we'll see what happens
this Friday!
Honestly, if I don't get those roles I'll be okay, but since it's my
senior year it'd be pretty cool to get either those parts.

American Idol and Project Runway come back this week :D

And yes, that post it is true :)

Hooray for distractions!

I should be finishing my 2,000 word research paper on how
Coco Chanel and her fashion lines changed fashion today,
for tomorrow...but I've been taking a few breaks ;)

Anyways, I found new videos on YouTube I LOVE!!

I have said it before, Lady Gaga is amazing!
Truly a talented singer and performer, and her songs are amazing!

When I was little, I fell inlove with this for it's jazz and modern taste!
I still believe it's one of the most beautiful musical pieces ever!

Oh, and here's a bonus :)

My friend's and I did our own version of a skit from Hamlet for English!

2010

It's finally the beginning of a new year and decade!
I decided, as my resolution, to eat healthier, lose some weight, and be more studious (somehow) in school.
So yea, I partied it up at my BFF's house last night!
Mostly watched The Hangover and played Wii!
And today, I watched the Looney Tunes and Twilight Zone marathons!

Such a productive first day of the New Year, right?
Well, I actually did some homework.
