o well...

Well, my plans to go with my BFF to see GLEE didn't work out :/

She basically kinda got in trouble,
so yea.

But I am actually with her right now, as I am typing this :D
So it's still a fun party!

So, tomorrow I leave for NYC for about a week!
(even though I have to be at LAX, early!)
I'm pretty excited!
And I'm gonna try to see
In The Heights and West Side Story!
And, of course, the usual "touristy" attractions.

So, I'll have a fun blog to post in about a week.
Hopefully, I will have access to at least Facebook!

Mmmkay bye now!
;D

it's reeeeaaaalllyy hot!

Yes, it is!
And apparently mountains near Azusa are on fire :/

Well, I've been a little busy these past couple of days.

Saturday, I went to Island's for dinner and then bowling
with my sister, her friend, and little cousin.

Sunday, I went to the mall with Jenn and Teongnoi,
and finally saw District 9!
It was actually really good! Go see it!

Monday, I hung out with my BFF, Maggie, at Burbank.

Tuesday, I went to my friend's, Michelle, birthday dinner at
West Hollywood.

Then, I got plans today to be part of a little film.

Tomorrow, I'm going to friend's house.

Friday, hopefully, Maggie and I will go to Hollywood
to meet the cast of Glee!

And Saturday, I leave to New York City :D

Oh my goodness!

Well, here's what I wore to that birthday dinner party:

Hopefully, I'll be able to see the cast of Glee Friday,
and post about it!

Stay cool in this crazy California heat!

I am obsessed with a video on YouTube!
Here's the link:

It stars a young Eden Espinosa,
before her Broadway days, at Disneyland!

I am such a fan of her's,
and she's sings the song so well!
And the two guys there are amazing as well!

I am still hoping to meet her!
And there's talk about her coming out with a solo album!

"been awhile"

This going to be a quick post!

It's been awhile since I made a video.
So, I made one today just 'cause.

Since I got my EnV Touch, I love to listen
to the horrible ringtones that come with it.
So, I decided to make a video about that.

Here's the link:

funfunfun!

This past weekend has been pretty bomb!

Saturday, I went with my awesome friend, Sareen,
to the FIDM Open House.

It was great! I actually would love to attend there after high school!
It has a great environment, very artistic, and helps you get
ready in the fashion world.

We first had a tour of the campus,
went to an alumni panel,
went on our own in the campus,
and went to this museum there.

The museum consisted costumes from the latest
television show that are nominated for the
upcoming EMMY Awards!
That was fun to see the costumes from
Coco Chanel, Gossip Girl, and even
last season's winner of Project Runway!

Speaking of Project Runway, the new season is this week!!
And it was filmed this season at FIDM!

Anyways here's some pictures:

Since it is a fashion school,
I had to somehow dress decently for it!

Then Sunday, was a family dinner for my birthday!
We ate a lot and I got presents!
I got giftcards to some of my favorite stores,
money, Passion Pit CD's, The Breakfast Club DVD,
and finally a new phone!!
Yes, I got my EnV Touch and I'm in love with it!
Also, another amazing gift is my parents are
taking me to NYC!
One of my favorite cities ever!
And we're gonna try to see either
In the Heights or West Side Story...
or both!!
I'm soooooo excited!

So, it was a great birthday!

And here is what I wore and bought at Disneyland:

whew!

These past 2 days have been a little crazy!

Well, first off, on Sunday a friend of mine
texted me telling me she got discount tickets
for opening night of

Legally Blonde The Musical

at the Pantages Theatre!
So I took up on the offer and went with her!

And oh my goodness!
It was HILARIOUS!!

So, it's based on the movie with Reese Witherspoon,
that was also based on the novel.
And I thought this would be interesting to bring on Broadway.
I saw on t.v. when MTV filmed it live
and I liked it!
So, I was pretty excited when the tour was
coming to Los Angeles.
(And in an earlier blog, I mentioned this was a show
I wanted to see very much!)

Now, it's a musical where you already know it's nothing
like Les Miserables or The Phantom of the Opera,
but it is such a "feel good", fun musical to watch!
I totally want to see it again!
I only have like two pictures from that night
but here they are:

Photobucket
Right before the show started

So, go see it! It's very funny and fun!

Then, the day after I went to Disneyland!
It was birthday and I am finally 18!
I drove myself and my three close friends there
to celebrate!
What was very cool was that I was free!
It was a fun-filled day full!
What was also cool was the longest wait we had
to wait for a ride was about
25 minutes!
(which is really good!)

But one of the biggest highlights of that trip were
two people we spotted there!

Tim Burton & Helena Bonham Carter
were there too!!!

My friends and I were sooooo excited
because we are huge fans of them!
When we first spot them, we freaked out,
caused a scene, and tried to get a picture with them,
but the tour guide with them said no!
So, we acted like paparazzi's and took pictures
from afar!
But oh my goodness we were so close!

Here some pictures:

So close to them!

Now you're probably a little creeped out of how many
pictures I have of them.
I admit I got too excited, but really I'm such
a fan of them and we were starstruck!
But other than that I had such an amazing
birthday!

And my BFF's are awesome because they
decided to pay for my food;
so I used the money I had to buy a t-shirt!
(I'll show that later)

But here's some pictures of the day:

Like I said, it was a lot of fun!
Thank you friends of mine who wished me
and made my birthday so much fun!
<3

My goodness, such a long blog!

Mmmkay bye

bookworm!

I have 2 book reviews for u kids today!

The first one took me forever to read
for some reason.
But the second one took me like less than a week!

The first one is:
Photobucket

It tells the story about a family man, Mack,
who lost his youngest daughter to a murderer.
He struggles with continuing his life with
such great pain and sorrow.
Until, he gets a note from God to meet him at
the location where his daughter was most likely
murdered.
From there, you see Mack's life change with
some help.

This book was absolutely amazing!
It helped me get a better view of God;
since I have had to deal with losses in my family too.
But it really is a great book to read if you're
in troubly or just have questions.

The next book:
Photobucket

It tells the life of Rent star Anthony Rapp,
when he first auditioned for the muscial.
Anthony tells of his struggles,
including the long process of his dying mother.
Also, explains how he faces with
trust and even his sexuality.

Now, I usually don't read auto-biography's,
but this was just great!
You learn so much from an actor you think
had it easy but actually didn't.
I was also close to tears in many of his references
to his trips home to see his dying mother.

One thing I noticed, though, that to be able
to read this book, you should know what Rent is.
Like, at least have seen the movie
or heard the songs.
He makes a lot of references to the show
and the meaning of the songs.
So, I was able to understand it
because i know the music,
I have seen a filmed last live performance,
and I have seen the movie version!

But yah!
These are two great books!

Later this week, I'll have my blog about my trip
to see Legally Blonde The Musical!
And also my trip to Disneyland
for my birthday!

Bye now!
;D

and it is quite amazing!
Ok, well not really but it's fun!
Anyways, I have been starting to subscribe to people
so I can get more attention and subscribers!

And one of my new favorite people I have subscribe to is Alice Ripley!
Photobucket

For those who may not know, she is a Broadway actress,
currently in the popular Broadway musical,

Next to Normal Pictures, Images and Photos
Photobucket

(She won a Tony award for her role in the show!)

So, she made a youtube channel and all of her videos are
sooooooooo
random!!
They make my day, really they do!
So go watch/subscribe her!
Here's a link:

This week is soooo exciting!

LEGALLY BLONDE The Musical!!!

I'll post about those later this week!

ohh disney

For some time two friends of mine have been wanting me to watch
a Disney movie from 1992.
It is called
NEWSIES Pictures, Images and Photos

And it stars a young Christian Bale!
It also has music from Alan Menken,
who did music for The Little Mermaid and others.
And it was directed by Kenny Ortega,
director of High School Musical.

My Friends said I would like it.
And I must say, I did!
It's a fun movie to watch and the music is fun to hear also!

The story is based on the true story of
Newsboys Strike of 1899
in New York City.
It was a time when a big newspaper company raised prices of newspaper
for newspaper boys (aka newsies).
It causes an uproar with the young employees and decide to go on strike.

The Newsies Pictures, Images and Photos

Yet, I looked this up on Wikipedia and apparently
this movie did very bad when it premiered in theatres!
Even Christian Bale didn't like it!
But it also says that today many people enjoy it now
and say it is a classic of Disney's;
and I agree!

Go see it, it's great!

Oh goodness my birthday is coming up XD

mmkay bye now
